Transsexual woman
There was once a time which world viewed the transsexual woman with shame. But now time has where male by birth through surgery changes himself to be a female. The attempt had been successful since 1952 but the accurate statistical reports are not available. The success rates are not too low anyway.
In many parts of the society even now they consider woman as a secondary human beings. But if there are people who prefer to be woman even though they are born as male, then the dignity of the sex is noticeable.
Transsexual woman are the category of people who has the primary sex organ that of female but all the secondary characteristics are that of the male phenotype. Genetically they may be something between male and female. Same will be with their behavior also. It makes them to consider as the outcasts from the society. In certain cases there are chances that this category of people becomes hyper active. Often it may be end up in being psychic.
If they are not given proper care and attention the chances are great that the individuals are spoilt due to the avoidance from the dear and near. The life expectancy is also too low as compared to the ordinary man. It extends only up to thirty years on an average. The potency is also negated in the case of such individuals as they do not have the primary requirements. That itself is the reason that most of the transsexuals are engaged with the profession of prostitution.
In certain parts of India where the density of transsexuals are high they opt even for beggary to meet their livelihood. It is because they have nothing other they could do. There are many NGOs working for the development of the class. That is a forward step for the benefit of the community and the humanity as a whole.
The transexuality does not have a direct nexus with homosexuality. But the result of the genital deformity often results in nothing other than homosexuality. And when it changes to an extremity it needs to be cure through medication. A psychological approach is more successful rather than intake of chemicals. Any way their basic structure can be confined to any one of the gender only through an irreversible surgery the risk factor is to be considered as it is high.
Again the boon of surgery can be enjoyed for males only. Technology is only developed to make a woman out of a man. But attempts to make artificial penis are all in vein.
Hypoactive sexual desire is another disorder persistent in the case of transsexuals. So the chances for transmitting sexually transmitted diseases are high due to unprotected sex. Educating is the only way to save them and the society.
Anyway the world has started to accept the class of people as they are and there are places where they accept them with love and care. Because it is the only thing we can provide them for the few years they live on earth.
